Agreement
These Terms govern your use of data4ai.xyz, the data4ai API and MCP server (the "Service"), provided by TRB Global Market LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for your account and for all use of your API key and connected AI clients. Keep your key secret; rotate it immediately if it is exposed. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
Credits, pricing and billing
Each successful API call or MCP tool call consumes one credit. The free plan includes 25 credits per month. The pay-as-you-go plan is billed monthly by Stripe at the prices shown on the Pricing page, including the minimum monthly charge. Unused credits do not roll over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute raw data as a competing dataset, circumvent rate limits or credit metering, share keys to evade limits, attempt to access other accounts, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Data and predictions
Data is aggregated from third-party and public sources and provided "as is". Win probabilities and ratings are statistical estimates, not advice or guarantees. You are solely responsible for decisions you make with the data, including any betting or financial decisions, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Datasets may change, be paused or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
