Who we are
data4ai ("data4ai", "we", "us") is operated by TRB Global Market LLC, 2232 Dell Range Blvd Suite 5480, Cheyenne, WY 82009, USA. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use data4ai.xyz, our API and our MCP server, and how we use it. Contact: hello@data4ai.xyz.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address and name, and — if you sign in with Google or GitHub — your provider account ID and profile picture. We receive only the basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile / read:user, user:email). If you sign up with email, we store a salted hash of your password, never the password itself.
Usage data: API and MCP calls made with your API key or OAuth connection (endpoint, credits used, timestamp), used to meter credits and show your usage.
Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs; we never see or store your full card details.
Demo requests: the name, email and answers you submit in the "Get a demo" form.
Technical data: a session cookie to keep you logged in and short-lived cookies used during sign-in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, authenticate API and MCP requests, count credits, bill you through Stripe, respond to demo requests and support messages, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting and network), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Google and GitHub (sign-in, only if you choose them), and our scheduling tool for demo calls. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Connected AI clients
When you connect an AI client (for example Claude or ChatGPT) through our MCP server, you approve that client to call our tools on your behalf. Tool calls consume your credits. You can revoke access at any time by rotating your API key in the dashboard.
Retention
We keep account and billing data while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. Usage records are kept for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA, UK and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data and to object to certain processing. Email hello@data4ai.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, sessions use signed httpOnly cookies, and API keys can be rotated at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
